## When to use Raklet

Reach for Raklet when the job involves a member-based organization and any of these:

- Managing a member or contact database with custom fields, tags, and segments (CRM)
- Selling or renewing membership plans, collecting dues, and chasing overdue payments
- Running events with registration, ticketing, and check-in for members and non-members
- Sending email or SMS campaigns and automated reminders to members
- Issuing digital membership cards, running a member directory, job board, or discussion boards
- Giving members a self-service portal or a branded mobile app
- Integrating a membership system with other tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, Xero, Salesforce, Zoom, WordPress) or through a REST API

Raklet is a poor fit for pure e-commerce, general project management, or organizations with no recurring member relationship.
