Group Memberships Are Live 🎉

In 2025, we introduced Group Memberships, allowing users to manage corporate, family, and household memberships under a single account.

A primary member can add and manage sub-members, while each sub-member gets their own login and full access to the plan’s benefits. You can choose between per-member pricing or fixed-price plans with a sub-member limit — all managed from the dashboard.

Group memberships are ideal for:

  • Companies managing employee access
  • Families or households sharing one plan

 

How to enable:

Go to Admin Panel → Membership Plans → Enable “Group Membership”, set your rules, and go live.

Group Memberships give primary members more flexibility and control, making shared plans simpler than ever.

Member-Only Portal Access: Privacy by Default

In 2025, we introduced member-only portal access, giving you full control over who can see your community content.

You can now restrict portal pages so they’re visible only to logged-in members, helping ensure sensitive information stays protected at all times. This is especially important for organizations in healthcare, education, and member-based associations, where privacy, trust, and compliance are non-negotiable.

With a simple toggle under Social Network → Settings → Access, you can create a secure, private online space that reflects your commitment to data protection and member trust.

Smarter CRM Filters

In 2025, we significantly enhanced the power and flexibility of our CRM filters.

You can now build advanced segments by combining “AND” and “OR” conditions, making it much easier to pinpoint exactly the contacts you’re looking for — especially when working with complex data like emails, phone numbers, addresses, work history, or education details.

We also introduced a new set of highly requested filters, including Last Activity Date, Profile Photo, Geographic location (latitude & longitude), Roles, Events (event name, registration date, check-in date, attendance count), Board subscribers

With these enhancements, you can create precise audiences directly inside Raklet and engage them instantly.

Google Wallet Integration

Members can now save and access their digital membership cards directly in Google Wallet, making check-ins and verifications faster and more convenient — anytime, anywhere. This works seamlessly alongside our existing Apple Wallet integration.

Expiry Days for Free Memberships

We added the ability to set expiry days for free membership plans directly from the plan settings.

You can now define how long a free membership stays active by adding an expiry period (starting from 1 day). Once set, the end date is automatically reflected on the member’s profile, making it easier to manage access and follow-ups.

Event Categories for Better Organization & Discovery

We enhanced event creation with Event Categories, making it easier to organize and explore events across your community.

You can now assign one or more categories to each event — and even color-code them — to clearly define themes like yoga, technical sessions, or strategy talks. For participants, this means better discovery, with the ability to filter events by category and quickly find what matters most to them.

This update brings more structure, clarity, and flexibility to your event experience.

Extended Automated Renewal Reminders for Subscriptions

In addition to the existing 5-day and 10-day reminders, admins can now enable 30-day and 60-day reminders both before and after renewal. These automated emails help members stay informed ahead of time and support better follow-up after renewals.

This update improves renewal communication while giving admins greater flexibility in managing subscription timelines.

Boards Updates

We made boards more flexible and transparent this year.

You can now set boards to Private, choosing exactly who can view and participate. This is perfect for internal teams or focused groups.

We also added a Subscriber Count to boards, so admins and members can instantly see engagement at a glance.

Small updates, big improvements to how conversations are managed and understood.
