Five updates this May. Polls are live on the community wall. Event and donation checkout pages now use Stripe Checkout, matching the flow members already know from memberships. Membership coupons have a brand new setup process with much finer control over duration, plan eligibility, and application fees. Admins now have a clearer way to verify their sender domain so emails land in the inbox instead of the spam folder. And the new Wallet lets you load monetary credit onto member accounts that they can redeem at your venues.

🗳️ Polls Are Here
You can now attach a poll to any post on your community wall. Ask a question, add your options, and let your members weigh in with a single click.
What you can do:
- Add 2 to 10 options per poll and reorder them however you like
- Set a close time in one tap: 1 hour, 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, or a custom date
- Pick Single or Multi-select voting
- Run polls Anonymously (votes are hidden) or Public (votes are attributed)
- Decide when results are visible: After voting, After close, or Always
- Target the right audience: Members only, Admins only, or Public
Why it’s powerful:
- Capture community sentiment in seconds, without sifting through long comment threads
- Run formal board or committee votes with public attribution and full accountability
- Get honest feedback on sensitive topics by going anonymous, so members feel free to speak up

💳 Stripe Checkout for Events and Donations
Event and donation checkout pages have been updated to match the membership experience. When someone registers for an event or makes a donation, they’re now redirected to Stripe Checkout, the same hosted page your members already see when paying for a membership.
What changes:
- One consistent payment experience across memberships, events, and donations
- All Stripe payment methods available on your account work everywhere
- A faster, mobile-friendly checkout backed by Stripe’s optimized hosted page
- No setup needed, it works automatically with your existing Stripe connection
Why it matters:
- Less custom UI to learn for new admins, and a more reliable experience during busy event launches or fundraising campaigns
- A familiar checkout flow builds trust and reduces drop-off at the final step
- The hosted Stripe page is built for conversion, with faster load times and a mobile-friendly layout
🎟️ Smarter Coupons for Memberships
We’ve rebuilt the coupon creation flow for memberships, giving you much finer control over how, when, and where discounts apply. The biggest change: coupons can now be Ongoing, staying attached to a subscription across multiple billing cycles instead of just the first invoice.
What you can do:
- Choose between One time and Ongoing coupons
- For Ongoing coupons, set the duration to Forever or a fixed number of months
- Toggle whether the discount applies to the application fee, the membership plan charges, or both
- Restrict the coupon to specific membership plans so it only kicks in where you want it
- Set max redemptions to cap how many signups can attach a coupon
- Add an optional end date for time-limited promotions
Why it matters:
- Target promotions precisely, for example a discount that only applies to Family Membership plans, so you never over-discount
- Run loyalty discounts and long-term promotions without manually reapplying codes every billing cycle
- Build flexible pricing scenarios, like waiving the application fee but keeping the plan price intact

📩 Domain Verification, Made Simple
You can now view and manage your sender domain verification details directly under Messages > Settings. All the DNS records you need to verify your domain (SPF, MX, CNAME) are now visible in one place, so admins can set everything up without waiting on support.
What you can do:
- See all required DNS records in a dedicated Domain Verification section
- Copy values straight from your admin panel and paste them into your domain provider
- Check your verification status at a glance
- Complete the full setup yourself, without leaving Raklet
Why it matters:
- Verified sender domains land in the inbox far more often than unverified ones, which means better deliverability and fewer messages lost to spam
- Self-serve setup means no back and forth with support to track down DNS values
- Clear visibility into what’s missing if verification doesn’t go through on the first try

👛 Wallet, Built for Member Credit
The new Wallet feature lets you load monetary credit onto member accounts that members can redeem at your venues. It’s built for use cases like venue credit, store credit, or share-buyback offers.
What you can do:
- Enable the Wallet module from the App Store in one click
- Set up unlimited locations under Wallet > Settings so every redemption ties back to a specific venue
- Add credit to a member manually from the Wallet tab on their profile
- Redeem credit at a location with an optional note, and watch the balance update instantly
- Audit every Add Credit and Redeem action in the Transactions and Reports tabs, broken down by member, location, and admin
Why it matters:
- Every transaction is logged with the admin who performed it, so you have a clear audit trail for finance and the board
- Run share-buyback offers, refunds, and member promotions without touching Stripe payouts or external spreadsheets
- Per-location tracking gives you clean accountability across multiple venues, ideal for clubs and associations with several physical sites
