At Raklet, we continue building with one goal in mind: making your community management experience smoother, more powerful, and more intuitive every day.
✨ What’s New at Raklet?
This April, we’re introducing updates that give you deeper insights into your memberships and events, more control over your platform’s navigation, and stronger security out of the box.
Let’s dive into what’s new 🚀
📊 New Dashboard for the Membership Module
You now have a dedicated dashboard inside the Membership module giving you a real-time snapshot of how your plans and subscriptions are performing, all in one place.
What you can track:
- New, active, past due, renewing, and ending-soon subscription counts
- Cancelled subscriptions and pending reminder stats
- Revenue forecast for the next 30 days
- Plan Performance table showing Revenue YTD, total subscribers, and trend per membership plan
Why it’s powerful:
- Understand which plans are driving the most revenue at a glance
- Spot at-risk subscriptions (past due, ending soon) before they churn
- Filter by plan and switch between 7, 14, 30, and 90-day views instantly
📅 New Dashboard for the Events Module
The Events module now opens with a full overview dashboard so you can see how your events are performing before diving into the list.
What you can track:
- Total events, registrations, revenue, and check-ins for any time period
- Period-over-period comparison (vs. previous period) for each metric
- Top events ranked by registrations and revenue
- Filter by date range (7d, 14d, 30d, 90d or custom) and count method (by registration date or event date)
Why it’s powerful:
- Instantly see which events are driving the most registrations and revenue
- Spot drops in engagement early with the vs. previous period indicator
- Switch between upcoming and past events without losing your dashboard context
🧭 Control Navigation Visibility per Pages
You can now choose exactly which pages display the navigation menu. This gives you full control over the member experience across your platform.
Under Admin > Settings > Navigation, a new “Page Navigation Visibility” section lists every page with a simple on/off toggle.
Why it’s powerful:
- Enable navigation on pages where members need to move around freely; like Directory
- Keep it hidden on focused pages where you want fewer distractions
- Changes apply instantly & no republishing needed
🔒 Stronger Password Setup
Setting up a password on Raklet now requires at least one special character (e.g. !, @, #, $). This applies when creating an account, resetting a password, or updating an existing one.
Why it matters:
- Stronger passwords mean better protection for your members’ accounts
- Consistent with industry-standard password security practices
- A quick one-time update and your account is more secure than ever
🔔 Automated Event Reminders
You can now set up reminder emails directly when creating an event. Registered attendees will automatically receive a reminder before the event; no manual follow-up needed.
What’s included:
- Add one or more reminders during the event creation flow
- Each reminder sends automatically at your chosen time before the event
- Reminder email includes event name, date & time, and location
- Customize the reminder template anytime under Messages > Automated > Event Reminder
Why it’s powerful:
- Reduce no-shows without lifting a finger after setup
- Keep attendees informed with timely, on-brand reminder emails
- Edit the template once and it applies to all future event reminders automatically
📎 Clearer File Options when Creating a Board Post
When clicking “New Post” inside a board, the “Add File” button in the post creation modal has been renamed to “Add Media”.
What’s included in this button:
- Banner that is a cover image
- Add File to add an attachment
- Video to upload a video
Why it matters:
- Admins expected “Add File” to attach a document and now it clearly does exactly that
- The distinction between Banner (cover image) and File (attachment) is immediately obvious
- A small label change that eliminates a common source of confusion
