At Raklet, we continue building with one goal in mind: making your community management experience smoother, more powerful, and more intuitive every day. June was a big month, from a completely refreshed member experience to letting your members run their own events.

✨ What’s New at Raklet?

Four updates this June. The member portal got a top-to-bottom redesign with a calmer look and a mobile experience that finally feels like a native app. Members can now create and manage their own events without waiting on an admin creating. Fundraising was rebuilt from the ground up, with a new campaign builder, a single management cockpit, and clearer progress tracking for you and your donors. And digital membership cards are now configurable, so you decide exactly which fields appear on each member’s card.

📱 A Redesigned, Mobile-First Member Portal

We gave the member portal a top-to-bottom refresh — a calmer, cleaner look on every page, and a mobile experience that finally feels like a native app.

What you can do:

  • Enjoy the new “Calm Community” design across every member page and setting (Profile, Notifications, Privacy, Account)
  • Navigate on mobile with a slide-out drawer, a back button, and a 5-tab bottom bar that’s always in reach
  • Jump straight to search, recent items, and notifications from the reactive bottom bar
  • Start conversations faster with a WhatsApp-style new-chat modal and inline contact picker
  • Browse Jobs, Directory, and Events with cleaner filters, modern pagination, and search that matches your organization’s brand colors

🗓️ Member-Created Events

Your community doesn’t have to wait on an admin to get together. Members can now create and manage their own events directly from the portal.

  • Let members create their own events without admin bottlenecks
  • Set up recurring events and send automatic email reminders to attendees
  • Let members add events to their personal calendar with one-click calendar export (.ics)
  • Guide members straight to ticket setup right after they create an event
