We made it more powerful, intuitive, and community-driven than ever. 🚀

Ready to discover what’s new this month? Let’s jump right in!

✨ What’s New at Raklet?

Here’s a closer look at the powerful updates we’ve rolled out this November:

1. Advanced Job Posting Controls

We’ve improved the Job Posting settings to give you more flexibility and control.

You’ll now see a new toggle for “Job Posting Enabled” under Settings. When this is enabled, your members can create job posts directly from their accounts.

Admins can then review and approve or decline each submission before it goes live.

This update also includes new access level options, so you can decide exactly who can:

  • Post jobs
  • View job listings
  • See job details

These permissions can be limited not only to all members but also to specific membership plan subscribers — for example, your Board Members or premium-tier users.

Now you can tailor job opportunities to the right audience with ease!

2. Directory Access Controls

We’ve enhanced the Directory feature to give you more control over visibility and privacy settings.

You’ll now see new access level options that let you decide exactly who can:

  • Be listed in the directory
  • View the directory list
  • Access member profiles or details

Just like with the Job Posting feature, these settings can be applied not only to all members, but also to specific membership plans — such as active subscribers or Board Members.

Now you can choose to make your directory:

  • Public – visible to everyone
  • Members only – visible only to logged-in members
  • Limited to specific membership plans – visible only to selected plan subscribers (like Board Members or Premium members)

This means you can now tailor your directory access to fit your community structure perfectly — keeping things open, private, or somewhere in between.

This gives you full flexibility to manage how open or private your community directory should be.

3. Job Details Form Improved

We’ve redesigned the Job Details modal to make posting and managing jobs smoother and more intuitive.

Here’s what’s new:

  • The application email field has been moved to the bottom for a clearer workflow
  • New Job Type dropdown to better define roles
  • Updated Address Details section: When you choose the “remote” option on the workplace type, you don’t need to add all the address details, but you just need to add the country information.

These improvements make it easier to create structured, detailed job posts in just a few clicks.

4. Social Network Field Settings Updated

We’ve refined the social network connection settings under Social Network → Settings → Connections to make the configuration clearer and more secure.

Here’s what’s new:

  • ✳️ Tooltips added – get quick explanations for each field to avoid confusion
  • 🔗 Redirection links added – easily guide users to the right pages
  • 🔒 Privacy settings updated – improved control over who can view or edit social links

These updates make managing your members’ social profiles more intuitive and privacy-friendly.

5. Member Mentions in Posts

You can now mention people when creating a post, both on the board posts and on the Home → Create a Post page.

This feature makes communication more interactive and personal, allowing you to tag members directly and grab their attention in discussions.

A simple way to boost engagement and keep your community conversations lively!

6. Deleted Contact Information Tracking

We’ve improved how contact deletion works to give admins better visibility and control.

When a member deletes their account from Settings → Privacy, their status automatically changes to “Pending Deletion.”

At the same time, the system logs them out immediately to ensure privacy.

If the admin later changes the status back to “Active,” the member can log in again and regain access to their profile.

This update makes it easier to track deletion requests while keeping the process secure and transparent.

7. Time Zone Display on Event Pages

We’ve added a Time Zone indicator to the Event pages, making it easier for members joining from different regions to stay on track.

Now, when you view an event:

  • You’ll see the event’s original time zone (e.g. PDT), and
  • Your local time (e.g. EST) side by side.

This way, no matter where you are in the world, you’ll always know exactly when your events start, without needing to calculate the difference!

8. Summary Field for Posts

We’ve added a separate Summary field when creating a post.

Admins and members can now write a custom summary to highlight key points of their post.
If no summary is added, the system will automatically generate one from the existing content — so every post will always have a clear, concise preview.

This helps make your posts more engaging and easier to browse at a glance.

9. Subscriber Count on Boards

We’ve added a Subscriber Count display to the Boards pages.

Admins and members can now easily see how many people are subscribed to each board — helping you gauge engagement and interest at a glance.

A simple addition that makes community activity more visible and transparent.

10. Activity Insights on Contacts and Profiles

We’ve added more detailed activity data to help admins better understand member engagement.

You can now view the following information directly in the Contacts list and on individual user profiles:

  • Last Event Registration Date
  • Last Payment Date
  • Last Email Opened Date
  • Last Email Clicked Date

These new data points make it easier to track member activity, spot engagement trends, and personalize your communication.

11. Updated Country Display on Contacts

We’ve improved the Contacts section by replacing country codes with full country names.

This update makes it easier for admins and members to quickly identify countries at a glance — no more confusion with abbreviations or codes.

A simple change that makes contact management clearer and more user-friendly.

12. Marital Status Field Updated

We’ve expanded the Marital Status field options to better reflect your members’ diverse life situations. Admins can now select from a broader range of answers, offering more flexibility and inclusivity when collecting member information.

A small but meaningful update to make your community data more accurate and personalized.

13. Subscription Reminder Email Log

We’ve added a new action log item — SubscriptionReminderEmailSent — to the Reports section. With this update, admins can now easily track when members received their subscription reminder emails.

This makes it much simpler to verify communication timelines and ensure no reminders are missed.
