✨ What’s New at Raklet?

Here’s a closer look at the powerful updates we’ve rolled out this December:

1. New Event Creation Enhancement: Event Categories

We’ve enhanced the existing event creation experience by adding Event Categories, making it easier to organize and discover events.

You can now assign a category or categories to each event to define its theme or topic, such as yoga, technical sessions, management talks, or strategy. Categories can also be color-coded, helping you visually distinguish different types of events at a glance.

For participants, this update improves event discovery by allowing them to filter events based on category and quickly find the ones most relevant to their interests.

This enhancement brings more structure, clarity, and flexibility to how events are created and explored across your community.

2. Subscriptions: Extended Automated Renewal Reminders

We’ve expanded automated renewal reminder options for subscription plans with yearly intervals.

In addition to the existing 5-day and 10-day reminders, admins can now enable 30-day and 60-day reminders both before and after renewal. These automated emails help keep members informed well in advance and provide better follow-up after renewals.

This update gives you more flexibility in managing long-term subscriptions and improves communication with members around renewal timelines.

3. Boards: Private Access Control

We’ve added a new Private access level for boards, giving admins more control over who can view and participate in them.

When a board is set to Private, admins can select specific members who are allowed to access it. This makes it easier to create smaller, focused spaces for internal teams, leadership groups, or selected community members.

This update adds an extra layer of flexibility and privacy to how discussions are managed across your community.

4. Events: Company Information on Registrants

We’ve updated the event registrants view to display company information pulled directly from the company member’s profile, when available.

The company name shown on the event details page and in event exports is sourced from Profile → Company Name. This means the information will be visible for company members who have the company name set on their profile. If a member only has company details filled under Work Details, this information will not be displayed for events.

This improvement gives admins more consistent and reliable company data when reviewing event registrations and exporting attendee lists.
