1. Boost Engagement with Automatic Subscriptions
Want to keep your members informed and coming back? Now, you can enable the “Auto-subscribe members to this board” option to automatically subscribe new members to your board — ensuring they receive regular email updates (daily or weekly, depending on the notification settings).
- If your board is set to Plan Subscribers Only, this feature will apply accordingly — auto-subscribing only those members who meet the plan criteria.
- You can also use the “Subscribe all active members” button to instantly add your current active members to the board, helping re-engage your community with consistent updates straight to their inbox.

2. Enhanced Visibility: Subscriber Listings on the Boards
With the new “Show subscribers on board page?” toggle, you can now display the list of subscribers directly on your board page — helping foster connection and transparency within your community.
No need to worry about privacy: members who’ve chosen to hide their profiles will still remain hidden from this list.

3. Better Localization with New Date and Time Format Settings
Now, you can update the date and time formats from the Admin Panel > Settings.
This will allow you to see times either in 12-hr or 24-hr formats.
If you change the date format, this will be reflected in some areas of the admin panel. We will improve the date format change on more pages in upcoming months.

4. Smarter Event Exports with “Notes”
We’ve improved event exports! Now, when you export your list of registrants, you’ll also see the details of their notes — making it easier than ever to catch special requests or questions ahead of time.
This means smoother planning and more personalized experiences for your guests — before the event even begins.
5. Manage Max Redemptions for Membership Discount Coupons
Admins can now update the maximum redemptions of membership coupon codes.
6. Advanced Email Analytics Dashboard
You can now access a more detailed view of your email performance — giving you the full picture at a glance. See exactly how your emails are performing with key metrics like:
- Delivery rate
- Open rate
- Click rate
- Recipients
- Sent
- Opened
- Clicked
- Errors
- Email Actions
With these insights, you’ll be able to track engagement, identify trends, and optimize your email strategy more effectively than ever before.
